
University of the Philippines President Angelo Jimenez administered the oaths of office of the 2026-2028 officers of the Association of Schools of Public Administration in the Philippines, Inc., Feb. 5 at Quezon Hall, UP Diliman.
ASPAP is a national organization of more than a hundred academic institutions offering degree programs in public administration, management, and governance. Since ASPAP’s establishment in February 1979, the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance has been its secretariat, with its dean serving as ASPAP’s secretary-general.

UP NCPAG Dean Kristoffer Berse will serve as the association’s ex officio secretary-general. Dr. Juvy Lizette Gervacio, UP Open University associate professor in its Master of Public Management program, is ASPAP’s vice president for Visayas.
The elected ASPAP officers also include representatives from Nueva Vizcaya State University, University of Makati, Ateneo de Naga University, Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela, Bulacan State University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines, and Pangasinan State University.
