Representatives of the University of the Philippines (UP) and the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) on August 8 signed a Declaration of Cooperation at Camp Aguinaldo in Quezon City. The declaration lays down the initial framework for future projects involving collaborative research, publications, and capacity-building initiatives.
Key areas of cooperation include developing research projects, contributing to the Philippine Journal of Public Policy by the UP Center for Integrative and Development Studies (UP CIDS), and enhancing submissions to the Quarterly Digest of AFP’s Office of Strategic Studies and Strategy Management (OSSSM).
