University of the Philippines President Danilo L. Concepcion signs a proclamation declaring September 21 as UP Day of Remembrance this morning in the UP Board of Regents Room, Quezon Hall, Diliman, Quezon City. The proclamation was issued in honor of UP’s contributions to the fight against dictatorship and despotism, UP having stood at the forefront of the resistance to martial law.
