New batch of UPSA employees complete LINANG 1.1

LINANG 1.1: Mga Serye ng Pagsasanay para sa Pagpapaunlad ng Paglilingkod sa Pamantasan at Bayan covered a fourth batch of UP System Administration employees, Sept. 2-4, at the Institute for Small-Scale Industries, UP Diliman.

The first day of the latest LINANG 1.1 iteration featured the Relationship Operations and Sensitivity Enhancement Seminar conducted by UP Office of Student Development Services Director Tristan Nathaniel Ramos.

On the second day, UP Vice President for Administration Tiffany Adelaine Tan led the Work Attitude and Value Enhancement Seminar, with Administrative Officer Eva Cadiz of the UP Diliman College of Music serving as resource speaker.

The third day focused on a “Completed Staff Work” training, facilitated by University Extension Specialist Pepito Dizon, with assistance from Jasmine Martinez of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Crestian Joseph Sulla of the UP Diliman HRDO.

LINANG 1.1 is a program of the UP Office of the Vice President for Administration and the UP System Human Resources Development Office. The three-day training course aims to strengthen UP employees’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes while fostering a more cohesive, skilled, and mission-driven workplace.
