The One Technology Business Incubation program aims to strengthen innovation governance and accelerate the development of innovative startup ecosystems in the regions. In a brief interview, UP Siklab Training and Development Lead Jannina Rose Castillo highlighted the importance of capacitating regional offices through training. “It’s about understanding the personalized journey per region, the needs of the researchers we work with, and the industry partners we’ve been creating conversations with for the past three years of UP Siklab,” she said.

The 1TBI capacity-building program was designed by the UP Saliksik Laboratory, the training and capacity-building arm of the UP Technology Transfer and Business Development Office, led by Director Luis Sison.
