Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Incentive 2024 Approved

In a memorandum released on December 6, 2024, the University of the Philippines Board of Regents (UP BOR) officially approved the release of the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Incentive for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024. 

The CNA Incentive grants all regular full-time and part-time UP faculty members; research, extension, and professional staff (REPS), and administrative staff the amount of thirty thousand pesos (P30,000). Employees who have rendered a total or aggregate of four months of service as of December 15, 2024 are qualified for the full amount. 

Those who rendered at least three months but less than four months will receive 75% of the 2024 incentive. Employees who rendered at least two months but less than three months, 50%; those at least a month but less than two months, 25%; and those who rendered less than a month of service, 10%. 

The memorandum was signed by UP Vice President for Administration Augustus Resurreccion. Payment will be made not earlier than December 16, 2024 and not later than December 31, 2024.
