The UP Center for Women’s and Gender Studies (UPCWGS) is inviting UP student organizations to “𝘽𝙚𝙮𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝘼 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙥 𝙤𝙣 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙊𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙯𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙎𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚𝙨” happening on 9 December 2025 (Tuesday), 1:00–4:00 PM at the UPCWGS Conference Room! 💛✨
This workshop is part of the 18-Day Campaign to End VAW, and is officially endorsed by UP Diliman Office of Student Projects and Activities. If you’re part of a student org and want to help make your spaces more supportive, inclusive, and safe for everyone—this session is definitely for you. 🫶
We’ll be talking about:
✨ What gender-based violence (GBV) looks like in student orgs and classrooms
✨ How to recognize and respond to GBV
✨ Practical ways to improve your org’s policies and create a more caring community
👥 Each org may send 1–2 representatives.
