The Office of Student Development Services (OSDS), under the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, has released the UP System Mental Health and Well-being Conference (MHWC) 2023 Terminal Report.

The two-day gathering was organized by OSDS and held on 11-12 October 2023 in UP Los Baños. The 10th of October has been celebrated as World Mental Health Day since 1992. In the Philippines, the second week of October is National Mental Health Week, designated as such by Presidential Proclamation No. 452 on 25 August 1994.
