The Center of Policy and Executive Development (CPED) of the University of the Philippines-Diliman National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), together with the Philippine Public Policy Network (PPPN), will organize the two-day Inaugural Conference and Organizational Meeting on 21-22 November 2019 to be held at the International Center for Public Administration, UP NCPAG. Dr. Kristoffer B. Berse of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance was conferred the prestigious 2019 Virginia A. Miralao (VAM) Excellence in Research Award by the Philippine Social Science Council for his publication entitled “Cities as aid agencies: preliminary prospects and cautionary signposts from post-disaster interurban cooperation in Asia.”
