The University of the Philippines recently signed a memorandum of agreement with the University of South Australia (UniSA) on the conduct of an internship program for UniSA sports science majors in UP Diliman.
The University of the Philippines Center for Women’s and Gender Studies, in cooperation with the UP College of Human Kinetics, the UP Men’s Basketball Team, and the UP Pep Squad, launched the #SafeCampusTo: UP Fight Against VAW on 23 March 2019 at the Quezon Hall Steps, UP Diliman. The campaign aims to make UP campuses safe from all forms of gender-based violence.
Soon we will see students from one of Japan’s most prestigious sport science universities teaching Physical Education in UP as Nippon Sport Science University (NSSU/Nittaidai) signed a Memorandum of Agreement with UP Diliman for NSSU students to teach here for 30-40 hours.
