UP experts and scientists who have done research, or are currently involved in the Manila Bay Rehabilitation project, presented their studies at #ThatsMyBay, a forum on UP’s initiatives in keeping Manila Bay alive organized by the Padayon Public Service Office.
The University of the Philippines, through the Padayon Public Service Office or UP Padayon, is working for the advancement of the Manila Bay rehabilitation.
The UP College of Medicine (then known as the Philippine Medical School) opens. It predates the opening of the University proper by 3 years.
