The University of the Philippines will be hosting the 2017 Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) Global Health Conference: 11th Annual Workshop on October 16 to 19, 2017 at Novotel Hotel Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City, Philippines.
The APRU Global Health Program aims to facilitate new collaboration that can lead to improved prevention and control efforts. It also aims to promote a simulating exchange of research findings in key topics including global health education, non-communicable diseases, migration, community health, tobacco control, and health systems; an increase in the number of cross-national comparative studies and the formulation of much-needed policy guidelines.
Participants are required to register through the APRU Global Health website at http://apruglobalhealth.org. Registration fees have been waived for participants from UP and other state universities and colleges and students who will participate in the student poster competition.
